Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 August 2026

Applied Symbiotic Intelligence, Inc. (“ASI,” “we,” “us”) operates applied-symbiotic-intelligence.com and the signed-in workspace behind it. This notice describes what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

If you are here about 911paws: that product is operated by a different company, Pet Portal AI, Inc., and has its own policy at 911paws.com/privacy. This notice covers the ASI workspace, not 911paws.

What we collect

  • Your account. We use Google sign-in, so we receive the name, email address, and profile image on the Google account you sign in with. We never see or store your Google password.
  • What you create. The entities you add (yourself, people, animals, agents), their traits and biographies, and the relationships you draw between them.
  • What you upload. Documents, images, audio, and video you attach to an entity or a conversation, including health and veterinary records if you choose to add them.
  • Your conversations. Messages you exchange with AI agents in the workspace, and the responses generated for you.
  • Operational records. Standard server logs, and a usage record for each AI call (which model, how many tokens, how long, what it cost) so we can measure and control spend.

How we use it

  • To run the workspace and show you your own material.
  • To generate the AI responses you ask for.
  • To support you when something goes wrong — see the section below.
  • To keep the service secure, to bill correctly, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your content to target advertising.

Who else sees it

To produce a response, the content of your request is sent to the AI provider serving that request — currently Anthropic and Google for language and vision, and Deepgram for audio transcription. We also use service providers for hosting, database storage, file storage, and email delivery, and Stripe for payments where a surface is paid. We never receive your full card number.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect the safety of a person or animal, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. This list can change as the service changes; material changes are reflected here.

Support access by authorized personnel

To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services, a limited number of authorized personnel may access your account and the content you submit to it — including messages, uploaded media, and records — when doing so is necessary to respond to a support request, diagnose a technical or billing problem, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a safety issue, or otherwise provide, secure, and improve the Services.

We limit this access to the personnel who need it for those purposes, and information seen in the course of support is used only for those purposes. We do not sell your content, and we do not access it to target advertising.

By using the Services, you consent to this access. If you would rather we did not open your content while looking into an issue you have raised, say so when you contact us and we will tell you what we can resolve without it.

Retention and deletion

We keep what you create for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual entities, records, and conversations from the workspace, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents through the contact form. Some records may persist in backups or where we are required to keep them; we do not keep them for any other purpose.

Security

Access to the workspace requires signing in, and content is scoped to your own account and the people you share it with. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA or the GDPR. Send the request through our contact form — the designated route for these requests — and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The workspace is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us through the contact form and we will remove it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and we will move the last updated date at the top when we do.
