These terms govern your use of applied-symbiotic-intelligence.com and the signed-in workspace behind it, operated by Applied Symbiotic Intelligence, Inc. (“ASI,” “we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
This workspace is in private beta. Access is by invitation, features change without notice, and the service is provided as is. Do not rely on it as your only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You must be at least 13, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms.
The workspace produces AI-generated output, including output about health, animals, science, and business. It is information, not professional advice, and it can be wrong. It does not replace a veterinarian, physician, attorney, or other qualified professional. In an emergency, contact a professional directly — do not wait on this service.
What you create and upload remains yours. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service for you: to store your content, display it back to you and the people you share it with, and transmit it to the AI providers that generate the responses you request. That licence exists to run the product and for nothing else. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to target advertising.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including anyone else's records or images.
To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services, a limited number of authorized personnel may access your account and the content you submit to it — including messages, uploaded media, and records — when doing so is necessary to respond to a support request, diagnose a technical or billing problem, investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or a safety issue, or otherwise provide, secure, and improve the Services.
We limit this access to the personnel who need it for those purposes, and information seen in the course of support is used only for those purposes. We do not sell your content, and we do not access it to target advertising.
By using the Services, you consent to this access. If you would rather we did not open your content while looking into an issue you have raised, say so when you contact us and we will tell you what we can resolve without it.
Some surfaces are paid. Where they are, the price and what it covers are shown before you pay, payment is handled by Stripe, and any refund terms are stated at the point of purchase.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we need to protect the service or another user.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and ASI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; the last updated date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
